Professional background

I did my undergraduate and postgraduate training in India. I've worked in the speciality of anaesthesia and intensive care for 8 years in various capacities before joining the Trust as a Speciality Doctor.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Providing comfort and pain relief to patients, be it in the form of labour analgesia or providing safe anaesthesia for surgical procedures. I'm also proud to be part of the critical care team that takes care of the most seriously ill patients in our hospital.

Which of our values is most important to you?

Kindness. Being human means being kind to others but it becomes even more important when it comes to dealing with people who are suffering due to their illness.
