A new £35m cancer centre is being built on the former site of the tower block building at Cumberland Infirmary.
The centre is estimated to be completed in 2021.
West Cumberland Hospital

The £90m phase 1 development of West Cumberland Hospital was completed in October 2015 with the opening of the new hospital building. Work is now in progress to finalise a business case to complete redevelopment work.
